Seems like you had your blood pressure a bit lower than usual + you had higher blood oxygenation level (which is beneficial for the brain). This pattern actually can lower the blood pressure, thus is very useful for people with hypertension. If you don't have any serious cardio-vascular problems, it is quite ok if that has happened. Those unpleasant symptoms will fade away as you keep practicing. If you'd like to continue with this pattern, you might like to go for 5 minutes only first few times. Or, you might try "Harmony" pattern instead - it won't lower your blood pressure.
